Is Zenday medical advice?
No. Zenday is a wellness tracking companion. It doesn’t provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and the insights it shows are generated from the data you enter. Always talk to your doctor before changing anything about your medication, diet, or treatment.
Does Zenday sell or prescribe medication?
No. Zenday doesn’t sell, prescribe, or help you obtain any medication. It’s a companion app for people who have already been prescribed a GLP-1 medication by their healthcare provider.
Which medications does Zenday work with?
Zenday works with any GLP-1 medication schedule — you set your dose and frequency, and the tracker and reminders adapt to it.
How do I cancel?
In your account settings, in a couple of taps — or email support@zenday.health. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
If you’re a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from purchase (see our Terms for details). Outside that, if something went wrong — a double charge, or a charge after you cancelled — email us and we’ll sort it out.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your entries are yours: we don’t sell your data, and health information is handled as sensitive personal data under GDPR. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
